The story follows a young man, later nicknamed (Iko Uwais), who washes ashore with a serious head injury and no memory of his past. He is nursed back to health by a dedicated young doctor, Ailin (Chelsea Islan). As Ishmael begins to recover, his violent history catches up with him.
