Once installed, you must activate the language within the Office settings: Install the Language Accessory Packs for Office 2016 and hyphenation. Once installed

You must download the 64-bit (x64) version of the language pack if your installed version of Office 2016 is 64-bit. You cannot mix 32-bit and 64-bit components.
