Use a PC to copy your current internal folders.

Before attempting to flash new software, you must ensure your hardware is ready. Flashing the wrong firmware can "brick" the device, rendering it unusable.

Ensure the device has at least 70% power. A shutdown during a flash is fatal for the hardware.
